The privilege to access and utilize the Service is granted under the condition of your full acceptance and adherence to these Terms. These Terms are applicable to every visitor, user, and any individual who seeks to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you are affirming your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms. Should you not agree with any portion of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from accessing the Service.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Our Service is subject to ongoing modifications and enhancements in terms of products and services offered. Occasional delays may occur in the updating of information on the Service and in our advertising on various other websites. There is a possibility that the Services might be incorrectly presented and inadequately described, and we cannot assure the complete accuracy or comprehensiveness of any information on the Service. As such, we retain the right to modify or update information, and to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any moment, without any obligation to provide advance notice.

Data collection

Please note that we will be collecting your location when you browse Rewamil. This is to help us improve Rewamil by having contents appropriate for specific geography. Please note that we do not share your information with any other party. We will also be collecting your device ID, in case you use the Rewamil app on your device(s) generated by Firebase which is required send you notification about update on Rewamil. You can choose to opt out of notification from the settings in you mobile device.

User Accounts

Upon establishing an account with us, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is precise, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to the immediate termination of your account on the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password, which includes, but is not limited to, restricting access to your computer and/or account. You accept full responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is associated with our Service or a third-party service. You are obligated to inform us promptly if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. You are prohibited from using a username that belongs to another person or entity or that is not legally permissible for use, a name or trademark that infringes upon the rights of another person or entity other than yourself, without proper authorization. Usernames that are offensive, vulgar, or obscene are strictly prohibited. We maintain the exclusive right to refuse service, terminate accounts, modify or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Service immediately, at our sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability, for any reason at all, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. If you decide to terminate your account, you may do so by ceasing to use the Service. It is understood that all clauses of these Terms that are intended to remain in effect after termination will do so, including, but not limited to, clauses pertaining to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and absolve Oddapy, along with its licensees and licensors, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees), that arise from or are in any way connected with a) your use and access of the Service, whether undertaken by yourself or any individual using your account and password, or b) your violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Oddapy, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, usage, goodwill, or other non-material losses, stemming from (i) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) the actions or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content acquired from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. This applies irrespective of whether the liability is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and even if Oddapy has been notified of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of any agreed upon remedy of its essential purpose.
